Ingredients

    2 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1/2 sleeve Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers
    Yellow Onion
    1 Large Eggs
    Salt
    Pepper
    1/2 C Ketchup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except ketchup. Place in a loaf pan. Top with Ketchup to liking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1/2 hours or until meat is done.
