    2 Egg Whites, slightly beaten
    .5 cup Shredded Zucchini (liquid squeezed out)
    .75 cup Heart Smart Bisquick mix
    1/4 of roasted garlic bulb, mashed
    1 tsp onion powder
    .5 tsp black pepper


To get roasted garlic, take a couple of clove of garlic, place in a small baking dish with a small amount of olive oil, cover with foil. Place in a 325 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until garlic is soft.
Shred zucchini, salt, stir. Place in sieve and let liquid drain for 15 minutes. Squeeze excess liquid out by hand or by using a towel or cheesecloth. (Too much liquid in it will not be good for the recipe.)
You may need to use parchment paper on your pizza pan to avoid it sticking. Would also work well on a baking stone.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a pizza round pizza pan (6-8" in diameter) with cooking spray. Set aside.
In medium sized bowl, mix together Bisquick Mix, onion powder, and pepper; set aside.
In measuring cup, slightly beat egg whites; set aside.
Add mashed roasted garlic and zucchini to Bisquick mixture; blend well. Stir in egg whites, mixing well.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until edges are brown and center is done. (Check for doneness by pressing in the center. When it springs back iit's done.)
