This is an easy dinner to make and it makes its own gravy. This is an easy dinner to make and it makes its own gravy.
Number of Servings: 4


    Pork chops (6 sliced thin)
    salt and pepper (sprinkled on top)
    sliced onion
    sliced garlic
    yellow mustard
    bottle of A-1 sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    flour, water


Layer pork chops in crock pot
salt and pepper the chops
place sliced onions and garlic on chops
put one drop of yellow mustard on each chop
empty bottle of a-1 sauce over chops with aprox. 2-3 cups water
put only 1-2 drops of worcestershire sauce over chops

Cook @ 350 for aprox 3 hrs.
use flour and water or cornstarch to thicken gravy

Serving Size: 6 pork chops, serves 3
