    1 lb. lean ground turkey breast
    3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. canola oil


Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, sage, marjoram, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Shape into 4 patties.

Heat oil in a large non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add patties. Cook 10 minutes or until patties are no longer pink in centers, turning once.

You can serve these on a bun with barbeque sauce or your favorite condiments/accompaniments.
