Ingredients

    Split Peas
    Onion
    Ham
    Salt
    Galic
    Water

Directions

Add to pressure cooker all ingredients. Cover and follow your pressure cooker instructions. Once the cooker begins to whistle, turn to very low and cook the remainder of the 30 minutes. Let stand til safe to open pressure cooker and serve. You can garnish with grated cheese and/or croutons.
