    * Canned Tomatoes, 3.5 cup
    * Granulated Sugar, to taste
    * Olive Oil, .25 cup
    * Garlic, 3-5 clove to taste
    * Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    * Salt to taste
    * Red pepper flakes to taste (at least 1 tsp)

Chop up the garlic finely. Heat the oil in a large-ish saucepan on medium-high, add garlic, brown the garlic. Add the can of tomatoes including their juices. Add red pepper flakes (at least 1 tsp, whether or not you use more depends on your tastes and how strong the flakes are.) Add salt. Stir. Allow to "boil" a bit to reduce down the liquids in the sauce. You'll have to eye it, but it will take anywhere from 15 mins to 30 mins. Stir the sauce to make it uniform and break up the tomatoes if they're whole. Remove the sauce from the heat. Drain your can of tuna well, add to the sauce, mix uniformly. Serve over pasta or whatever!
