    200 grams ground beef
    2 medium size potatos
    1 medium onion
    2 medium eggs
    1/2 ts black pepper
    1ts salt
    3 tbs frying oil
    2 tbs bread powder (optional)


1-wash potatos and onion and peel the skin.
2-grate potatos and onion and drain water.
3-mix them with meat and eggs ,add pepper and salt and mix them completely.
4-you can add 1 or 2 tablespoon bread powder to make sure that the mixture is uniform and doesnt open during frying.
5-make 13 balls from this mixture and make them flat by hand (1Cm thick). the size of each kotlets after making is approximately as your palm.
6-heat the oil in the pan and fry both sides of kotlets in oil with medium heat.

you can serve this food with sliced tomatos and salad.
