Ingredients

    8 oz brown rice penne
    16 oz ground turkey
    8 oz mozzarello cheese shredded
    1.5 oz sliced portabello mushrooms
    14.5 oz diced tomatoes (hunts fennel and red pepper)
    3/4 cup pasta sauce
    italian season

Directions

boil pasta according to package
brown ground turkey, add mushroom and tomato and sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add cheese and turn off heat.
