Introduction

When you run out of taco seasonings this tastes great! When you run out of taco seasonings this tastes great!

Ingredients

    1 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Garlic Flakes (dried)
    1 tsp Onion salt
    2 Tbsp Salsa
    2 Tbsp Taco Sauce
    1/2-cup of Ground Beef or Turkey browned/drained


Directions

Combine everything in a small glass bowl except the meat. Fold in the meat. I make up 1-2 lbs of meat in advance then I can make single size servings when ever I want. Warm up the mixture in the microwave (2-3 minutes if the meat is from the fridge)

Great on Salads, cooked cabbage (like a mexican un-stuffed cabbage), brussel sprouts, or a wrap of your choice - I like the low carb Sundried tomato made by Flatout.
