    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 48 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 6 clove
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Avocado Oil, 2 tbsp
    Additional herbs of coice (sometimes I use dried parsely, Italian seasonings, etc.) - if using dried, use approx 2 tbsp.


Can substitute the avocado oil for any other oil of your choice.
Because the turkey is so lean, there is no need for adding eggs/breadcrumbs/oats, etc.


Chop onions & garlic and sautee in avocado oil on medium heat until cooked thoroughly, but not browned. Add to remaining ingredients in large bowl. Use spoon or small scooper to make uniformed balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: Makes at least 4 dozen small meatballs
