Number of Servings: 5


    16 oz. whole wheat pasta
    1 can diced tomato
    4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
    onion chopped
    garlic to taste- chopped
    basil- chopped
    mushrooms- chopped
    Any other vegetable you would like to add
    olive oil


put everything in a stock pot including uncooked noodles.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes stirring every couple of minutes.
After 10 minutes- remove cover and let simmer on low until desired thickness of the sauce.

Serving Size: 5- 1.5 cup servings
