    4 Tilapia filet, (16 oz)
    3 Tbsp Daisy Lite Sour Cream
    1 Tbsp Mayonnaise Hellmans regular
    1/2 Cup Parmesean Cheese - Great Value
    3 Garlic cloves
    Salt / Pepper to taste


This recipe came from Pinterest. I just modified a bit. Cut the mayo, subbed sour cream to reduced calories/fat.


Take the frozen filets and put the sauce on both sides of the fillet. Then wrap into a foil packet. Place all the packets in the crockpot, stacking them on top of each other.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours. I started mine on high for about 30 minutes since I started with frozen fish, but I donít know that I needed to do that. The fish should flake easily with a fork when itís done.
