Ingredients

    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can spinach
    1 can southwest corn
    1 can great northern beans
    1 can dry black beans

    **Optional: Lay chicken breasts over top to cook with the mix. This is not added into the nutritional info, though.**

Directions

Put it all into slow cooker, undrained. Season to taste. I added onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cumin.
