Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 4 large
    Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    3 tbsp Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Walnuts

Directions

Boil carrots for 30 minutes, scoop out center of carrot add with all the other ingredients to blender then add back to carrots and bake on 350 for 30 more minutes.
