Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. cocoa powder, unsweetened
    1/4 c. almond milk
    1/4 c. coconut oil
    1/4 c. almond butter
    2 c. rolled oats
    1/3 c. shredded coconut
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/8 tsp salt

Tips

I won't say that they're the same as the no-bake cookies that I grew up with, but in a pinch they're edible. :) Maybe I'll grow to like them more. I'm mostly adding the recipe for food tracking purposes. Not sure if I'll ever make them again.


Directions

Heat honey and cocoa until well mixed. Add almond milk and coconut oil, bring to boil, boil 1.5 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mix well. Scoop into mounds and let sit until set.

Serving Size: Makes 16 1.5-tbs-size scoops
