    Turnips, 3 medium chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) chop
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) chop
    Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
    *Zuchini, 1.5 cup chopped
    *Flour, white, .125 cup , 2 T
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    *Pacific Foods Organic Beef Broth Low Sodium, 960 gram(s) 1 qt.
    *McCormic Grill Mates Steak Rub, 2 tsp
    *roast lamb, 800 gram(s) or 1.8 pounds


Brown onions, mix in flour. Add broth and meat. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Add vegetables and bake for another 35-50 minutes. Optional red wine bay leaf
