Ingredients

    1TS Olive Oil
    0.5 Onion
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    100 g firm plain Tofu
    400g canned Tomato
    salt, pepper, 1tsp vinegar, dash of sugar, thyme, basil

    2-3 cups spaghetti, cooked

Directions

cube garlic and onions, fry in hot oil and crumble in tofu. Season with salt and herbs, add halved cherry tomatos, fill up with canned tomato in sauce and season to taste. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti.

Serving Size: 3 Plates about .75 cup sauce each
