Ingredients

    1/2 whole-wheat pita bread (6-1/2" dia)
    2 Grilled Chicken Drumsticks, bone and skin removed
    Romaine Lettuce , 3 inner leaf
    Onions, raw, 2 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Tomatoes, 4 slices
    Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp

Directions

Seperate the layers of the pita bread so you have only one layer. Top pita with the lettuce then chicken followed by the sliced tomatoes and onions then ketchup. Roll up then secure with foil which makes it easier to eat as it holds everything together and also makes a good take along lunch. To save 3g of fat use 4.5 oz breast meat instead of the drumsticks.
