Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 lb. chopped mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 cup skim milk
    8 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese chunk, cubed

Tips

Blend meat with mushrooms, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and milk until blended. Dice cheese into 1/2" cubes. Blend into meat mixture, making sure to distribute the cheese chunks evenly. Pack into 9x5x3" loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.


Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
