    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 packet taco seasoning (1/4 cup)
    1large head iceberg lettuce
    1 large tomato
    1.5 cup shredded cheese
    3 servings of cool ranch doritios


1) Brown beef in a pan, add kidney beans and taco seasoning when beef is no longer pink.
2) Chop lettuce, tomato and add to large bowl, add cheese and crushed doritios. Mix well.
3) When beef mixture is fully heated through add to salad and mix well.
