    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    Corn Starch, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 8 cup (remove)
    Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving (remove)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 tsp (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 10 clove (remove)
    Cajun Seasoning, 6 tsp (remove)


Dice onions, celery and spinach. Melt butter over medium heat.
Saute onions, spinach & celery over low heat until they turn soft. Stir in broth.
Add ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Bring to a boil. Add garlic and salt to taste.
Mix arrowroot powder or cornstarch with water until smooth.
Pour into soup and cook until thickened.
Whisk your eggs together and pour intermittently into soup.
