    1 1/4 cup bread flour
    3/4 cup cornmeal
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1/4 cup canola oil
    2 egg whites


This recipe is on the box of Quaker yellow corn meal.


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil, and egg whites, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
