Introduction

Great sauce to use on roasted chic peas, brussel sprouts, tofu, and any veggie. Wonderful with Spaghetti Squash . Ingredients

    1/2 cup whole almond
    1 red bell pepper
    1/2 jalapeno pepper
    1/2 cup water
    3 TBsp lemon juice- Or Juice from one lemon

Tips

I used my bullet to puree my ingredients. Blender may work and mini chopper too.


Directions

Take all ingredients and puree until almonds are crushed. If you like a chunky sauce only puree for a shorter time. For a smoother sauce puree a little bit longer

Serving Size: appox 1/2 cups to 2 cups
