Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs of Bottom Beef Round Steak, thinly sliced
    2 Beef Boulion Cubes
    2 C. water
    2 sm-med yellow onions, thinly sliced
    2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced

Directions

Thinly slice meat and vegetables and put all ingredients into crock pot and cook for 4-5 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low. Serve on buns of choice with provolone cheese. Yummy!
