Number of Servings: 2


    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    *Butter - Ghee, 2 tsp
    *Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour, 3 tbsp
    Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup), .5 serving
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 1 tbsp
    Coconut, sweetened, 1 tbsp.
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp nutmeg


You can add nuts (will alter nutritional value) ; take out the chocolate and coconut (will alter nutritional value) and pretty much make this to suit your tastes


Mix all "wet" ingredients into mug; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Microwave on high for 2 minutes (or 2 minutes 30 seconds depending on microwave). Let cool.

Serving Size: Makes one large mug cake - 2 servings
