    *Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb (remove)
    *1 cup onion chopped, 1 serving (remove)
    *Fresh Chopped Zuchinni, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Francesco Rinaldi - Tomato, Garlic & Onion Chunky Garden Pasta Sauce, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Spaghetti Squash, 6 cup (remove)


Bake whole spaghetti squash in oven on sheetpan 350 degrees till soft about 1 hr. Cool and cut discard seeds and use fork to make form "spaghetti" strands.
Saute chopped onion then add pork sausage and brown. Add marinara and zucchini. Season to taste I usually use chopped garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes. Add spaghetti squash to pot and serve.
