Ingredients

1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 Can diced tomatos w/chilis
1 can diced chilis (small can)
1 can chicken (9 oz can)
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tbsp. cilantro (fresh, chopped)
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. pepper
2 avacados, chopped
Tips
I like to serve with warm corn tortillas.
Mix tastes best served cold, even better if let to sit over night in fridge for flavors to really mix.
Directions
1. Drain and rinse black beans, corn, and chicken. Combine in bowl
2. Drain chilis and tomatos w/chilis, add to mix in bowl
3. Add remaining ingredients except avacados to bowl and mix well
4. Add avacados and combine until just mixed.
5. Serve and enjoy
Serving Size: makes 4 almost two cup servings
