Ingredients

    Idahoan - Baby Red Potatoes, 4 serving
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup
    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Homemade Chicken Stock (no added salt), 1.5 cup
    Corn Starch, .0625 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz

Directions

Brown meat on medium heat. Sprinkle with onion powder, pepper, and garlic powder.

Mix chicken stock and corn starch together then heat on medium until thick.

Mix beef and thicken chicken stock together.

Place meat mixture in bottom of baking dish that has been greased. Layer over corn then mashed potatoes, that have been cooking according to package, and cheese.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 - 20 mins.

Cut into 6 pieces.
