Introduction

Ingredients

    simply add salt, pepper, garlic powder, egg, 1/2 cup dry oatmeal, and balsalmic vinger(your choice) and mix. Add 1lb lean ground beef (or turkey), hand mix, and form patties.

Tips

More fat is lost in this method than with a regular meatloaf recipe. Patties are moist, oatmeal adds bulk, fiber and stretches the servings.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl by hand. Heat a frypan and place the five or six patties in to sear one side. Flip, reduce heat and cover pan. Cook until done(165F?)
