    Egg, whites, 8 large
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup


Mix ingredients in blender. Hot skillet with pam. Pour 1/3 cup of mixture in and spread evenly. When slightly dry, flip. Should be slightly brown. Roll & cut in half.

Make simple syrup or use Karyo Syrup
