Ingredients

    Whiting Fillets (Meijer) 4 oz
    1 Frozen pkg Green Giant Healthy Weight

Tips

I cover my fish with a lid while cooking. In no time at all, it's fall about. I buy the frozen packages so I can just pull one piece out at a time as needed.


Directions

Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray. Cook fish about 4-5 each side on medium high heat.

In the meantime, prepare vegetables per package instructions (I microwave in the pouch for 4 minutes)
