    Barilla Pasta, Penne, 12 oz (remove)
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, .15 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, .5 cup (remove)
    *Acme Grated Parmesian Cheese (2 tsp), 12 serving (remove)
    Chicken: Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 3 oz/serving, 4 serving (remove)


Cook pasta. Make alfredo by sauteeing garlic in olive oil - add flour and cook slightly - gradually add chicken stock and milk. wisk until thick. Add rest of ingredients besides mozzarella. Put in 9 X 12 pan and sprinkle mozz over the top. cook for 30 min in 350 degree oven
