    3/4 pound 93% lean ground beef
    2/3 cup steel cut oats
    2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Mill
    2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    1 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)


Preheat outdoor or indoor grill or oven broiler. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; divide mixture into 4 patties. Cook to desired level of doneness. Serving suggestion: serve on whole wheat buns with condiments of your choice. Remember to add buns and condiments to your calorie count. Makes 6 patties.
