    5 medium potatos
    1/4 cup mustard
    1/4 cup pickle juice
    4 chopped dill pickles
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped hard boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste


Don't over cook the potatoes. You don't want them cooked completely down. You still want them to be in chunks.


Cut potatoes in quarters and then boil. Then, drain the potatos. Hard boil about 4 eggs and chop them. Chop the onions and pickles. Mix all the ingredients together then add more pickle juice if needed to make a creamy mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
