    Red Lentils - raw/dry, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
    *Summer Squash, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large chopped
    *Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 3.5 cup
    Organic chicken broth, 0.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Water,4 cups
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cups chopped
    3 Bay leafs

    BlendIT Up - Southwest seasoning. (You can make a blend of healthy taco seasoning if you don't have this)
    Salt and pepper to taste


You can add any spices that you like. I add Cayenne pepper to my bowl to make it spicy and rev up my metabolism.


Add Lentils, All veggies, seasonings, and then wet ingredients. Cook on High for 4 hours or until done.
