    Celery, raw, 500 grams
    Carrots, 500 grams
    Onions, raw, 275 grams
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Potato, white, raw per 100 grams, 400 gram
    Swanson 33% Less Salt Chicken Broth, 4 serving
    Water, tap, 16 fl oz
    Garlic, 5 clove
    2 Tbsp tomato paste
    1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    *Boulder Sausage Hot Italian (1 link 90 grams), 3 serving


Chop onion, celery and carrots into pieces of similar size.

Dice potatoes. Peel, crush, then chop the garlic.

Remove sausage from casing. In a stock pot or french oven, brown sausage thoroughly. Remove from pan, reserving drippings.

In two batches, sautee together onions, carrots and celery in reserved drippings. If needed, add up to 1 TBSP olive oil to sautee.

Add all vegetables, garlic, potato and sausage to the pot. Add chicken stock and water. Season as desired with pepper, crushed red pepper, herbs de provenace , basil, oregano and salt.

Allow to cook until potatoes are tender, 2-30 minutes.
