Ingredients

    1 C. LOW FAT GRAHAM CRACKER CUST
    2 TBSP MELETED DIET AMRGARINE
    2 TBSP SPLENDA
    1 ENVELOPE (1/4 OZ.) UNFLAVORED GELATIN
    1 3/4 CUP SKIM MILK
    1 PAKG 8 OZ. FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
    1/2 CUP LIME JUICE
    1/2 CUP SPLENDA ( I USED LESS, TO TASTE )

    COMBINE GRAHAM CRAKER CRUMBS, MARGARINE, & 2 TBSP SPLENDA N BOTTOM OF 7 INCH SPRING FORM PAN PAT ON BOTTOM AND 1/2 INCH UP THE SIDES OF THE PAN. SPRINKLE GELATIN OVER 1/2 CUP OF SKIM MILK IN SMALL SAUCE PAN; LET STAND 2 TO 3 MINUTTES. COOK OVER LOW HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, UNTIL GELTAIN DISSOLVED. BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL FLUFFY IN SMALL BOWL; BEAT IN REMAINING 1 1/4 CUPS SKIM MILK AND GELATIN MIXTURE. MIX IN LIME JUICE AND SPLENDA TO TASTE. SPOON INTO CRUST. REFRIGERATE PIE UNTIL SET ABOUT 2 HOURS.
