    Put margarine in a pie dish and put in the over on 350 while preparing the recipe.
    Mix milk, eggs, flour together.
    Take dish out of oven with the margarine melted.
    Slice the pear and lay the pieces in the pie pan.
    Sprinkle the sugar and the cinnamon over the pears.
    Then pour the milk,egg, flour order over the pears.

    Put dish back in the oven and bake for approximately 20 mins.


Could use pears or apples. Experiment with spices, adding nutmeg or other spices.


Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins until edges are brown.
