Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 2 stalk (remove)
    *Purple Onion, 2 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1 cup slices (remove)
    Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), 1 cup (remove)
    *Kroger frozen Shrimp meduim cooked ( about 10), 3 serving (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Corn Starch, .125 cup (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)

Directions

Chop all vegetables, add shrimp, stir fry in olive oil, add spices as you cook. Serve alone or over white rice
