Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 small summer squash
1 small zucchini
1 jar marinara sauce
9 wheat Lasagna
1 cup fresh spinach
2 large container Ricatta cheese part skim or fat free
1 can of tomatoes
2 large fresh mushrooms
.5 cup skim milk
1 cup grated parm. cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1.5 tsp salt
Directions
-Cut in to small pieces, mushroom,squash,zuccinni, set aside
-Brown turkey in a large sauce pan. drain
l-ightly cook lasagna. drain set aside
-in the same sauce pan add zuccini, squach spinach, mushroom , can tomotoes and sauce. cook on medium for 5 -7 minutes
Add meat to sause mix.
In a medium bowl add rocotta and milk and salt.
-Spray 9x13x3 inch dish
-Bottom layer little sauce to coat bottom
-3 noodles
-1/2 ricotta mix
-1/2meat veggie sauce
-3 noodles
-remaining ricotta mix
-remaining meat veggie sause
-3 remaining noodles
-mixture of mozz and parm cheese. spread on top
cover with tin foil
bake at 350* for 60 minutes
remove foil and let bake for 5 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes
cut 3 by 4 and you have a even servings
