Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Peas, fresh, 4 cup (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *1 Yukon Gold Potato, 4 serving (remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices (remove)
    *ham hock, 12 oz (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Remove ham and fat from bone of hock and return bite size pieces to soup. Serve hot.
