Ingredients

    Zatarain's Dirty Rice Mix - prepared, 6 serving (remove)
    Sweet peppers (bell), 4 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    *Onion - Raw, chopped, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    *Kirkland Organic Chicken Broth, 2.5 cup (remove)
    *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)

Tips

Great to make a soup with leftovers, just add more chicken broth and heat.


Directions

Chop onion and garlic. Dice peppers. Brown ground turkey, add onion and peppers and sauté until cooked. Add garlic and combine. Add Dirty Rice mix and broth. Mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium/low, cover and cook for 25 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
