Ingredients

    3 lbs ground turkey
    3 T chopped sun dried tomatoes
    1 1/2 c shredded zucchini
    1 T dried parsley
    1 T dried oregano
    1 T dried basil
    3 t minced garlic
    1 t pepper
    1 T olive oil

Tips

Serve with your favorite pasta and marinara sauce or try it with scrambled eggs.


Directions

Combine all ingredients except olive oil. Form 1/2" to 1" meatballs. Brown on a medium heated pan with 1 T olive oil. Turn often. Cook until browned and cooked thoroughly.
