    8 lg white eggs
    1 med. white onion, chopped
    1 lg green bell pepper, chopped
    2 tbsp. margarine
    salt & pepper


Heat butter in large skillet on medium heat. Chop onion, add to pan to cook while chopping up pepper, then add pepper to pan, season with salt and pepper and stir. Add eggs, scramble, let cook for 1-2 minutes, stir and allow to cook another minute or two, Repeat until eggs no longer runny, salt and pepper to taste.
