Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb lean ground beef
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
    1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp butter
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Combine the ground beef mixture lightly. Ground beef has a better texture if its handled as little as possible.

You can wrap these in leaf lettuce for an additional 1 carb


Directions

Combine ground beef, parmesan, and ranch. Mix and pat into 4 patties. Season patties with salt and pepper, to taste. Fry in a covered skillet on medium heat until done to your liking.
-In a separate skillet, saute mushrooms in butter. Salt to taste. Spoon over burger patties and serve.
