    1 cup of wheat bran
    2 cups of rolled oats
2 cups of whole wheat flour
    1 tsp of baking soda
1 cup of semi sweet or dark chocolate chips
2 small containers of strained prunes (baby food)
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup of canola oil
    1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract (pure vanilla is best)

Preheat oven to 375 C. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Combine all dry ingredients except the brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients in a medium size bowl, mix well.

Add to dry ingredients, and combine until all ingredients are well blended.

Scoop by 1/4 cup on to cookie sheet. Press down until cookies are 1/8 of an inch thick.

Bake in preheated oven for 13-16 minutes.

Allow to cool on baking rack. So nutritious, you can even have them for breakfast. They are quite big so 1 is enough.
