    Pink Salmon -Salmon Skinless and Boneless Canned, ( 6) 5 oz cans
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 medium
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 2 cup, crushed
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


heat oil in pan....mix ingredients form into patties
brown on both sides.....5 minutes on each side....
