    1 Medium Head Cauliflower (2lbs), cut into florets
    2 cups Half-and-Half Cream, divided
    1/2 cup shredded Asiago Cheese
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
    1/8 tsp Pepper
    1/2 to 1 cup Water
    4 Bacon Strips, cooked and crumbled


Steam Cauliflower for 8-10 minutes until tender, cool slightly.

Puree Cauliflower and 1/2 cup Cream in food processor, then transfer to large sauce pan.

Stir in Cheese, Salt, Nutmeg, Pepper, remaining Cream. Add water to reach desired consistency and heat through.

Sprinkle each serving with Bacon.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
