Ingredients

    1 1/2 pound Ground Beef
    1 pound ground deer
    1/2 cup onions
    1/2 cup bell peppers
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    2 cup shredded cheese
    7 strips thick cut bacon
    1/4 cup milk milk


Directions

combine all ingredients except for cheese and bacon. Divide into half and place half in pan spreading out and making a ridge around edges. Fill with shredded cheese. place the rest of the meat mix on top and pinch edges together. Wrap meatloaf with bacon. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 90 minutes.
