Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 small onion chopped
    tsp garlic powder
    1 envelope of taco seasoning (1.5 oz)
    1 can of tomato sauce (8 oz)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
    2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

Brown beef in skillet and drain. Remove from heat, add next four ingredients to beef. Combine sour cream and cottage cheese in a bowl. Place crushed chips in bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Add enough meat mixture to cover the chips, then cover the meat with of the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
